When shopping outside the EU and Norway, local taxes and other charges may apply. You as a customer are responsible for keeping yourself informed about and paying these fees.

When you have placed your order, we will start processing it. Delivery time depends on the time and day you place your order and which part of the world you live in.

Estimate delivery is:

Sweden, 1-5 working days
Europe, 2-7 working days
Worldwide, 2-7 working days
Worldwide Islands, 2-7 working days

All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Puka Wear has a 14-day return/exchange policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of being received. For worldwide shopping 30 days apply.

When returning/exchanging a product you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return/exchange policy.

EXCHANGES
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color/print. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at pukashop.com. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund

To return/exchange your product(s) please follow these steps:

  • Send an email with your order number, and reason for return or the product you want exchanged to info@pukashop.com 
  • Place the item(s) in the original box/bag or similar solid carton item, and seal securely with tape.
  • Select a carrier of your choice and return the package to:

    and provide us with tracking number

Orders are fully refunded and reimbursed but the buyer covers the cost of return for transportation of the package. In case of partial returns, any original shipping cost is not reimbursed.

Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Puka Wear.
