Puka Wear ships worldwide with UPS.
Within Sweden: We deliver with DHL Service Point. Deliveries with DHL will be made to a DHL Service Point near you. You will be informed by SMS or email when your parcel is ready for pick up.
Worldwide: Outside of Sweden we deliver with UPS. Delivery will occur between 9am-5pm on weekdays. If there is a nearby UPS Access Point, UPS will notify you of your pickup location via a paper slip, SMS or email. If there is no nearby UPS Access Point, UPS will attempt to deliver directly to your location three times before returning the package. You may also specify an alternative address, e.g., your office, as shipping address for daytime delivery. Please contact your local UPS for more information.
All orders are traceable through the methods provided by UPS. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. At any time, you can check the status of your package using the link in the shipping notification. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
Goods will be dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs (such as taxes or import duties) that may be due when packages reach the country of destination.
Sweden: 5 EUR, 1-3 working days
Europe: 15 EUR, 2-7 working days
Rest of the world: 30 EUR, 2-7 working days
All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
TAXES & DUTIES
Your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Puka Wear does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
Puka Wear has a 14-day return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of being received. For worldwide shipping 30 days apply.
Puka Wear shall as soon as possible, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the returned item, or exchange the item. Upon reception of the returned item, we control the goods prior to processing the refund or exchange. Refunds are made to the original purchaser’s credit card and take 5-10 business days to show up on your account, from the time it has been processed by us.
For those countries where UPS cannot provide a return service, we suggest you use a courier that offers tracking of the parcel.
When returning a product you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color/print. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you to a cost between €5-19 depending on origin of the return. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at pukashop.com. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund. For countries outside of Sweden taxes and duties may apply which will not be covered by Puka Wear. Since tax and import duties vary from country to country, we cannot provide an exhaustive list of applicable rules. Instead, we ask you to turn to your local customs authorities for more information.
If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented on the site you have the right to enter a claim. Please contact email@example.com as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible then we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.
RETURN/EXCHANGING YOUR PRODUCT
To offer a pleasant shopping experience Puka Wear offers an easy return procedure. All you have to do is:
Send an email with your order number and reason for return firstname.lastname@example.org register the return. In case of exchange, make sure to specify the size and color of the wished replacement item(s).Place the item(s) in the original box/bag or similar solid carton item, and seal securely with tape.Write the address on the bag/box, over the original shipping label.
In case UPS does not offer a return service where you live these are the guidelines:
Send an email with your order number and reason for return email@example.com register the return. In case of exchange, make sure to specify the size and color of the wished replacement item(s).Place the item(s) in the original box or similar solid carton item, and seal the box securely with tape.Mark the box “RETURNED GOODS” and the export ID you will receive from the Puka Wear customer care upon registering your return.Ship the return with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, choose a shipping option with tracking. That way, the carrier will refund you should anything happen to the parcel on the way back to us.Please send the package to PUKALANA AB, S:t Göransgatan 20, 75326, Uppsala, Sweden.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND CHARGES
Orders are fully refunded and reimbursed but the buyer covers the cost of €5-19 (depending on origin of return) for transportation of the package. In case of partial returns, any original shipping cost is not reimbursed.
Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Puka Wear.
